Age of Heroes

Here is a large element of the cover for the book. I really enjoy drawing in this goldenage superman style. Hopefully once the cover is complete it will give a hint into whats gonna happen over the course of the issue and once you have read the ending it be apparent why the cover is the way it is.
I kinda want this book to be really simple to get into. Its designed so that you dont need the back stories of any of the heroes as its not really about them. Infact if you want those three characters could well be Superman, The Flash and Wonder Woman, it really doesnt matter. Anyways thats enough about it, I hate talking to much about it as it could well turn out to be a big load of crap. Atleast we'll find out soon though as Im pretty much finished the first issue. Infact I have about 6 pages coloured out of the 25 that are in it.
In other news im actually a few days behind on AOH from where I planned as I've started working on my next book. I cant say too much about it now except that its for an American company and its for something that I am really really gonna having a blast drawing.

Bishop

Warm up piece for the day. I feckin love Bishops storyline at the moment. All that X-men in the future stuff is just plain great and reminds me of when I really got into them back in the early ninties. Even the new Wolverine cartoon is top notch, basically when mutantkind is being imprisoned and persecuted its just awesome

More Star Wars

What, a whole month without a Star Wars drawing?? Im slipping. This is supposed to be through the eyes of Luke at the end of Empire Strikes back. Im thinking of doing a series of drawings from different movies that are though the eys of a character, just to offer a slightly different perspective on already famous scenes. Next up is gonna be a scene from ghostbusters where they finally meet Slimer. Anybody got any suggestions for any others??

More Panels

Still plugging away at the Age of Heroes. Heres a panel from Page 15. Issue one will be slightly over sized at 25 pages, and if all goes to plan the following three will be standerd length books.
